This PR adds a Mermaid.js state diagram to the README.md illustrating the complete grant lifecycle as outlined in Issue #36. The diagram includes all key states—Proposed, Active, Cliff, Streaming, Paused/Slashed, Completed, and Cancelled—and shows the transitions between them, along with notes indicating which roles trigger each transition. therefore Closes #36
